update 10/22: based on the interest I am seeing, the Dallas Arboretum will be our upcoming photo shoot this November. Let me hear a pricing for tickets and I'll let everyone know. We'll plan to do this on one of the weekends of November if possible.

I have never been to the arboretum and would love to see it!
I choose the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens, it looks the best out of the three and cheapest.
ft worth gardens is far btw, lol. but pretty. they'll question what you're taking pictures for though in the japanese garden but it should be fine
