so far things turn out well for today, new members came and we learned new things. nothing exciting yet, I'm going to start posting videos of what we do next time. if longs allows it.

Critique for the flower shot:
The green leaves in the middle ground, behind the white flower gives a lot of weight to the left side of the composition.
The highlights in the water droplets could be larger. To do that, make the light source bigger, maybe a large softbox.
And probably increase the Dof a bit to increase edge sharpness around the entire white flower. Doing that while maintaining shallow Dof in the BG will help separate the subject from the BG more.
for the portraits, watch that AF point. The building is in focus (background) but your subject isn't ;).
