Their new models can now transfer exposure info wirelessly across flashes.
I won't repeat whats already on web but I do want to comment using these devices on high speed flash photography, 1/250th or above, the power output on the flash reduces dramatically, so it required to set your light very close to the subject for proper exposure.
Remember that having the best gear does not make you a better photographer.
